Each piece is handcrafted to order; please allow 4–6 weeks for production and processing before it ships. Bespoke commissions take 6 to 8 weeks; we will confirm your timeline in writing before any work begins.

Unworn pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The piece must come back in its original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are final sale — they are made for one person and cannot be resold. Customers cover return shipping; we recommend an insured, trackable method.

We are confident in the craftsmanship of our jewelry, but in the rare case that your piece arrives with a defect — we offer complimentary repair for any manufacturing or craftsmanship defect discovered within 60 days of purchase. This warranty safeguards against any quality defects resulting from manufacturing faults, including loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones.

Our warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Should your piece ever require attention due to wear or impact, our artisans can assess and restore it for a repair fee where possible.
