The process
Let's set your story in stone
Most commissions take 6–8 weeks from sourcing to delivery. We will work in tandem to gauge your vision — working with you on style, shape, and budget.

Consultation
We meet over video — or by phone, if you prefer — to talk through the piece: who it's for, how it will be worn, and what it should say. Bring inspiration, saved images, and any timelines we're trying to meet. This session is about answering every question you have — and seeing if we're the right fit.

$150 design retainer · Credited to your final invoice
Stone selection & design
We'll go through an assortment of hand-selected diamonds chosen specifically for you. Once we've found your stone, we move onto the CAD process. The center stone sets the stage for the rest of the piece and will be custom built around each stone's specifications. We'll refine and adjust based on your feedback until the design is a true reflection of your story. Nothing proceeds until the design (and price) feels right to you.

Craft
Our master artisans in Los Angeles and New York bring your design to life with meticulous attention to detail — carrying your piece from casting through setting and final polish.

To your door - Remaining 50% required (minus the $150 Retainer)
Delivery
Your finished piece arrives by fully insured, trackable shipping— sized, polished, and ready to wear. Every commission is covered by our warranty of craftsmanship.
Any piece, in your metal
Every design — from our curated collection or custom commission— can be made in 14K/18K yellow, white, or rose gold, or platinum. Tell us how it will be worn and we'll help you choose the metal for your lifestyle.
